We provide AI-integrated web development, responsive design, custom software, and related consulting services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work (SOW), or contract agreed to by both parties.

Information on this website (including blog posts, service descriptions, and pricing indications) is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

05 Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design — is the property of Smart RWD Web or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

06 Payments & Refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies for paid services are defined in the applicable proposal or contract.

• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
• Late payments may be subject to interest at the rate specified in the contract.
• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

Our website itself is provided free of charge, and no payment is required to browse or submit the contact form.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including:

• USD 100 if no payment has been made.

In no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. If you are in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13 Indemnification

15 Disputes Resolution

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

17 India Users — DPDP Act Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

19 Severability & Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, epidemics, or widespread internet or hosting outages.

21 Translation

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

22 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
